We are a natural and organic day spa that has been in this spot for over 20 years. Every treatment uses organic essential oils and Adelaide Hills Organics skincare. Our therapists are experienced, qualified and they genuinely care about getting it right.

Whether you need a remedial massage to sort out a sore back, a facial to reset your skin, or a full spa package to properly switch off, we have something for you. Free parking behind the building makes it easy.

Do you offer full-day spa experiences?
Yes. The Ultimate Indulgence runs around three hours with body, face and a rest period built in. For longer, we can custom-build a half-day across treatments — mention it at booking.
Can I combine treatments into a custom package?
Yes. Most guests combine a massage with a facial and an add-on like scalp massage or foot reflexology. Call us on (08) 8373 3699 and we will build it with you.
How far is Swiss Wellness from Rose Park?
We are about 3 minutes by car from Rose Park, or a 12-minute walk to our spa at 125 King William Road, Hyde Park. Free street parking directly outside.
What is your most popular treatment?
Our most popular treatments are the Relaxation Massage (from $85), the Stress Relief Facial ($110) and the Heavenly Escape package ($285, 1.5 hrs). The Heavenly Escape combines an hour massage with an express facial and is perfect when you want the full experience without spending half the day.
Do you use organic products?
Yes. Every treatment uses organic essential oils and Adelaide Hills Organics skincare. We have been committed to natural and organic products since we opened in 2005. No synthetic fragrances, no harsh chemicals.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or any dollar amount, valid for three years. We wrap them for free. Available online at our website or in-store. A great option for someone in Rose Park who deserves to switch off.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday. Tuesday 11am to 6pm, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 6pm. Thursday 10am to 6:30pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
