How long are spa specials available?
Seasonal rituals rotate every 8 to 12 weeks. Current autumn rituals are available until the end of May 2026. The Mother's Day Sweet Citrus Herb package is limited to bookings on or before Sunday 10 May 2026.
Can I use a gift voucher for a special?
Yes. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any spa special, either for the full price or as part payment. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from issue and can be bought online for instant delivery or in spa for gift-wrapped presentation.
What should I bring to the spa?
Just yourself. We provide robes, slippers, disposable underwear for body treatments, towels and the products used in your ritual. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We provide herbal teas and water throughout your visit.
Can I combine a special with an add-on?
Most specials can be extended with a 30-minute add-on such as a scalp massage, foot reflexology segment or eye treatment. Let us know at the time of booking so we can allocate the extra time. Add-ons are charged on top of the special price.
Do you offer group bookings for specials?
Yes. We regularly host groups of 2 to 6 for hen days, birthdays and family celebrations. Call (08) 8373 3699 to coordinate.
