Dry body brush to wake everything up, a 75-minute full body massage to sort out the tension, then a lavender scalp massage to finish. You will not want to move afterwards.

Mantastic Package

Two and a half hours of proper work. A 90-minute deep tissue massage, hot steam towels, a back scrub, foot ritual and peppermint scalp massage. This is the one for when you are completely cooked.

What treatments do you offer for men?

We have packages built specifically for blokes. The De Stress Package (1.5 hrs, $320) includes a dry brush, 75-minute massage and lavender scalp massage. The Mantastic Package (2.5 hrs, $465) is the full reset with deep tissue, hot steam towels, back scrub and more. We also do a Mantastic Facial ($205) using the Adelaide Hills Organics men's skincare range. Plus deep tissue / sports massage from $140 for 45 minutes if you just want to sort out a specific problem.

Is the spa awkward for guys?

Not even slightly. Our therapists are experienced and professional. You tell them what needs fixing, they fix it.

Do I need to book in advance for a men's spa package?

We recommend it, especially for weekends and Thursdays. You can book online any time. Weekdays usually have same-week availability, but the popular time slots fill up. A few days ahead is a safe bet.

What should I wear or bring?

Just yourself. We provide everything you need, including towels. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. During treatments you are covered with towels and only the area being worked on is exposed. It is straightforward and professional.

Can I get a gift voucher for someone?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or dollar amount, valid for three years. We wrap them for free. A solid option if you know a bloke who needs to switch off but would never book it himself. Buy online or in-store.
