Start with a dry body brushing to exfoliate the skin and stimulate circulation before a heavenly full body 75 minute massage follows using organic coconut oil. We finish with a tension easing lavender scalp massage. Stress be gone!

Runner’s World
A 2 hour and 15 minute massage of your choice between remedial or relaxation will have you feeling re-energised and relaxed! Ease tired and aching feet with our organic tea tree and peppermint infused foot bath. Lay back and enjoy as your feet are exfoliated, massaged and finally treated with warm organic shea butter to help deeply moisture dry skin. Your man’s feet will never feel and look so good!

Mantastic Package
Man heaven! The Mantastic Spa Package was designed with the guys in mind, from the muscle-melting 90 minute Deep Tissue massage to the foot indulgence ritual for tired, aching feet. It’s guaranteed to tame even the manliest of men. We also include hot steam towels, a back scrub and a peppermint scalp treatment!
