The things people usually want to check first.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is paid on the day.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee applies.
How early should I arrive?
About 15 minutes. It gives you time to settle in, so you do not lose any treatment time.
Can I book for two people?
Yes. Couples treatments run side by side in one room. Book two guests in the calendar above or call us and we will set it up.
I have a gift voucher. How do I use it?
Tell us when you book rather than on the day, so we can attach it to your appointment. Vouchers can be redeemed for up to three years from purchase.
I am pregnant. Can I still book?
Yes, from the second trimester. Please tell us before you book so we can set the room up with side lying support and put you with a therapist trained in prenatal work.
What if I cannot see a time that suits?
The calendar above shows live availability, so what you see is what is free. If nothing fits, call us on (08) 8373 3699 and we will look at what we can move.
