Swiss Signature Massage
Our Swiss Bliss signature massage is a remedial/relaxation fusion massage designed to work out the kinks and melt away the tension. Includes hot steam towels with organic essential oils on the back, neck and shoulders and a peppermint essential oil scalp massage.

Relaxation Massage
Smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation  relieving muscle tension with organic coconut oil and a combination of organic essential oil.

Remedial Massage
Focusing on specific aches and pains by applying firm pressure to work out knots and muscle tension.

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage uses smooth, flat basalt rocks which are heated and then placed on key points of your body known as energy centres. The heat in the stones eases tension in your muscles, improving your circulation and your flow of energy. A Lavender or Peppermint scalp massage is included in our 75 minutes and 90 minutes massages.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This light pressure massage involves stimulating the lymph nodes and draining lymph fluid from tissues to assist fluid throughout the body, improve circulation and aid in toxin removal. It is not a muscular massage but a light pressure treatment that uses slow movements and stretching of connective tissues to help decongestion of lump nodes and tissues.

Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is based on the principle that the entire human body can be mapped out on the feet. When specific points on the feet are massaged and pressed this can trigger the body to heal deeply in a natural, relaxed and stress-free manner.
