We’re celebrating someone very close to home. Chris Harper grew up here in the Adelaide Hills and WON the biggest mountain stage in world cycling in the Giro d’Italia and the Cima Coppi Award.
It was one of those moments that gave us goosebumps.
Chris isn’t just a world class cyclist. He’s also the son of our founders. Watching him cross the finish line brought a deep sense of pride to all of us at Swiss Wellness.

Enjoyed my experience today, from the herbal tea & relaxing music in the waiting room to being warmly welcomed by my massage therapist & taken into the treatment room. Music was lovely. Hot towels refreshing. Perhaps the only improvement would be the towel around the face-hole on table could be softer. The massage therapist checked in to see if the pressure was ok. She was pleasant & responsive to feedback too. I’ve come away feeling 100% more relaxed. Thank you 🙏

A very intuitive and friendly Marylin gave me a wonderful relaxing 75 minute massage with a peppermint skull massage, it made my day!
She was sensitive to a leg injury area and elbowed all the right sore bits just right. Hope it wasn't too boring for her, I usually chat more but my social battery is nil.

Nice place, they created a nice package for my daughter and her friend as a birthday treat. They treated them very nicely and the girls had fun.
They did cut the session a little short (I guess because they were running late,) which I didn't like - you definitely don't want this when paying a lot of money for a service!

My husband and I had the couples de-stress package today. The entrance to the spa was calming, and good parking around the back. The reception area and waiting room was tidy and calm with tea, water and music. The treatment itself was divine, I am not sure of my therapists name but was the best massage I had, most places I go to are just too firm even when I ask for light/gentle. Body scrub and scalp massage was great too. Hubby enjoyed his massage too. Will be back

Really great location! Surprised mom and dad with holiday pedicures and they loved them! Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my parents felt pampered - can’t recommend them enough! We didn’t use this but they also have options for health reimbursements for some of the services!

Absolutely amazing. Yes yes yes! I was gifted the ‘travellers package’ for a birthday present. Offered tea and water on entry, then taken to my own candle lit private room which was welcoming, smelt beautifully and exceptionally clean. Rooms also have private toilet/shower facilities attached.
Mel gave me an amazing massage and worked out all of my achey niggles. - Thank you so much!
To follow, Rita provided a wonderful facial and scalp massage. I even got to choose what oils she used on my scalp. I look & feel so rejuvenated. I couldn’t stop smiling.

I usually go to sauna after a swim and/or yoga.
I wanted to use sauna with Swiss wellness, unfortunately due to Covid sauna got closed.
But the service one of the staff provided was comfort and pleasant.

I spent a very long time researching various massage clinics for a couples massage. Ended up choosing swiss because they offered good duration packages at a decent price point compared to the bigger mobs.
The experience was great. I prefer a very firm pressure massage and the lady did very well to dig into the knots in my upper back.
Would highly recommend, particularly for couples massages.

I just had a visit today and this has always been one of my "must go" places to have a massage and feel pampered. The staff are really excellent and reception is done by Ilaria who is wonderful and very attentive.
My treatment today was with Lisa and she was wonderful knew exactly what I wanted and responded to my needs. She was really nice and I have had several visits with her and she has always been gracious and caring.
I would highly recommend anyone to visit here. You won't regret it.
