- To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, please advise us 24 hours before your appointment time if you are unable to attend.
- Arriving late can shorten your treatment time. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Gift Vouchers can be purchased online, in spa or over the phone and redeemed up to three years after purchase.
- If treatment prices have increased and you are using your voucher, you may be required to pay a difference.
